Our head quarters are based in Warwick, Warwickshire however we have clients spread all across the country.
UK employers are obliged to operate within an employment law framework. Employment law changes throughout the year with new regulations, statutes and case law. It is unrealistic for a business owner or a line manager to stay up to date with all these changes. We understand employment law and keep up to date on all the changes – translating the implications into practical action points for our clients.
All our team are highly qualified in their field, and we go one more by requesting they have associate or chartered membership to CIPD and over 5 - 10 years HR experience.
We can work with you either via a service contract or on a project or ad-hoc basis. If you want frequent advice and support, a service contract will most probably be the best and most cost-effective option. However we are very happy to help with one-off or occasional projects such as a redundancy, grievance or disciplinary issue, so feel free to pick up the phone and talk to us at any time. We’re here to help!

By all means send through a job description and we will do our best to fill your vacancy; however, by meeting with our clients, seeing their workplace and the office culture and discussing the vacancy in detail, we are able to fully understand your company and the roles on offer.
We are very fortunate not to be pigeon-holed to any particular sector. We make the effort to understand what our clients are looking for and search for suitable candidates until we find that certain someone. As we have a varied client base, we recruit for a wide range of roles from HR, Office Support and Marketing, Engineering and automotive to Financial, IT and Retail.
Psychometric testing gives a good overall picture of your candidates. It helps build a picture of the candidate's personality and what makes them tick and how they prefer to work in given situations, for example, how they work under pressure, their preferences around statistical data and how they work; alone or as part of a team.
We can advise you on what needs to be done to ensure you are legally compliant.
